Will I have to pay monthly fees or association dues?

There are absolutely no monthly fees! The best part about joining Referral Agent Registry is that you'll never have to pay MLS membership fees, association dues, or E&O insurance again!

It says 25% of the GCI at closing, but what's my commission split?

There are no splits to negotiate with Referral Agent Registry. You will receive 25% of the Gross Commission Income from any closed transaction that occurs within 24 months of your referral submission as long as you are still actively licensed with the firm when the transaction closes. There is a $150 transaction processing fee deducted from the commission prior to disbursement. That's it! Simple, right?

How much does it cost to join Referral Agent Registry?

You'll pay an annual fee of only $600 to join Referral Agent Registry! Of course, you would be responsible for any fees associated with transferring or re-activating your license with the state of record. There is a one-time setup fee of $95 for your account at onboarding. Otherwise, only $600 per year with unlimited earning potential!

Can you give me an example of how my commission would look?

Absolutely! Let's assume you refer a buyer or seller who closes on a $300,000 home with a 3% commission collected by the selling brokerage at closing. The Gross Commission Income, or GCI, is $9000. You will receive 25% of that $9000, minus the $150 transaction processing fee, which is $2100. That's more than 3x the cost to join in only one referral!

Can I get credit for referring another agent who joins Referral Agent Registry?

Of course! You'll receive $50 for every agent you refer to us once they've completed onboarding. Bring 10 agents in the same calendar year and receive an additional $100 bonus. (That's $600 to cover your next year's enrollment fee!)
